Many investment grant applications are assessed largely on the business plan and the financial indicators.

• the business plan: market, competition, strategy and implementation plan
• financial projections and cash flow over the project and the sustainability period
• the indicators the guide asks for: profitability, financial sustainability, own contribution
• cost-benefit analysis, where required
• the exploitation plan for research and innovation projects
